At ANKI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all ANKI tags attached to ensure the product remains in pristine condition during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
